Fall Break Grand Canyon, Bearzona and Oak Creek Canyon
Martin had two weeks off of school and Roxie had one week so we decided to take advantage of this and took a trip up North to Flagstaff. We left Friday Night making our way to Flagstaff little over 2 hours away. That night we got a text saying the Grand Canyon was going to be open Saturday.
Martin was super excited and the girls in turn were excited.
We hiked the 3 mile rim walk and learned about the rocks that make up the Grand Canyon. Once we finished the walk Doug and I were completely wiped out from pushing two strollers and a baby in the wrap we took the bus back to the main visitors center. I'm hopping one day to leave the kids for 6 days and do the Colorado River rafting trip though the canyon.
Oh and every so often a man would stop Zoey and I and they would tell me how because she is and what blonde hair. Hudson was also mistaken for a girl several times even though he was wearing a blue sleeper and wearing a green hat.
BEARZONA
Is a wild life park near Williams AZ. Its a small park but is an on going project and to be honest when you first enter its like Jurassic Park and a lot of fun. We drove around the park seeing the different animals and than arrived at the fort where we saw baby club bears, foxes, porcupines, beavers and so much more. We also learned that buffalo are no longer pure they are all mixed with cattle to bring back the buffalo. So when you are eating "Buffalo Meat" its really a mix of buffalo and Cattle.
OAK CREEK CANYON
On the way home we took the long way though Oak Creek Canyon to look at the leaves change. We saw tons of reds and yellows in the higher elevation but the lower we got the more green the trees became. I love Oak Creek and if it wasn't so expensive I would live there in a minute. This trip remind me how much I love the outdoors and hiking and how much I miss seeing the trees change. However I don't miss 22 degree weather.

A little bit of everything
Roxie being silly. |
Loves eating his toes |
Yesterday I told Doug I missed my tiny baby and I wish I could have a tiny baby all the time. He suggest we buy a lap Dog that loves to cuddle. I don't want another 2 year old I just want a newborn.
Roxie got her new lens in her glasses she went from +2 to +3. She was so excited to be able to see again and announced in the car "I can see Hudson he doesn't look so fuzzy anymore."
Roxie all so announced at the breakfast table she wants to be just like her Mommy! I guess I must be doing something right if she wants to be just like me.
Fall Break is only a week away and we are all so excited because the weather is starting to cool down!
Zoey punched Roxie again gotta run. Never a dull moment for a mommy.

I love this little guy
Hudson is the most amazing little person. I tell everyone the reason is so good is because I hand picked him out and the Lord knew if he didn't seen me a good baby I just might never show up to church again. Hudson is the perfect baby he hardly ever cries unless he has a dirty, hungry or being attack by his big sister Zoey. He hasn't started sleep though the night yet but when he wakes up he goes back to sleep really fast, he falls asleep in his car seat all the time because well lets be honest if he didn't he would never get any sleep since we are contently moving due to school and preschool. I feel so blessed to have Hudson in my life and he was well worth the wait. He smiles and brings joy to everyone he is around specially his Grandpa Wimmer and Grandma Wimmer, he has started to laugh and its the cuties little laugh and I can't help laughing along with him which only make him laugh more. He will turn four months on the 7th and will be heading out for the next round of shots on the 12th something I am not looking forward too. The kids use my camera to take pictures of him all the time and I'm starting to think number 4 might have the most photos taken of him.
I love my little Hudson!!
