My Little Roxie is Awesome!!!

Roxie annouced yesterday that she had a loose tooth.  This morning she wiggled it for us and sure enough it is loss and about an hour after breakfast she came running up to me screaming in excitement.
"MOM I PULLED MY TOOTH!!!"
That's right ladies and gentlemen my daughter pulled out her own tooth because she wants to the tooth fairy to visit tonight!
Martin waited until his tooth fell out on its own which some times took several weeks.  Roxie just pulled it out like it was no big deal!

Mini Golf at Mission Beach and Coronado Island

Doug is telling the kids how to mini golf.

She ended up kicking the golf ball by hole nine.

After Mini Golf they watched all the big kids go on the rides

The navy was practicing out in the water.  You could see over a dozen head popping up in the ocean and than going back down all morning.

HE would swing her over the water and than put her back down.  She LOVED IT. She is scared to death of the pool but not the ocean.

Showering her muddy hands

Hudson not happy to be at the beach.
We took the kids to Mission beach and played Mini Golf and road a few rides after our time at the Zoo to finish off our day.
The next day we went to Coronado Island and enjoyed the beautiful cool breeze, and freezing ocean waters.  While we were there we got to watch the Navy Patrice in the ocean along with two battleships making their was into and out of the harbor and we watched enough military guys running the beach to make me tried.  I made sure everyone was covered in sunscreen including Doug but when it came to me I completely forgot because the kids took off on us so I threw down the sunscreen and chased after them. (My shoulders took the beating from the sun.)  Hudson didn't enjoy the ocean and screamed off and on the whole time unless I was holding him.
We drove down the coast and enjoyed what beautiful beaches we could see but since the Military owned most of it we saw it we got to see buildings and tall hills. Martin loved seeing all the battleship and Carries that were at the harbor as we drove.
I can't wait to come back with Doug and enjoy the beach without little people.

OH PS I hate McDonalds and the very thought of it make me want to hurl. That is all the kids would eat on the trip and now even the thought of McDonald has my stomach turning.

San Diego Zoo

Doug decided to surprise the kids during spring break with a trip to San Diego.  However I think I want to be surprised with a trip to San Diego without the kids ;) WE stayed downtown in a hotel that was in the middle of updating and had amazing views on the 18th floor of San Diego.  Hudson spent most of his time at the windows.  Martin goes back to school on the 24th and Roxie goes back the 31st.

Hudson Buttson 10 months

I love this happy little guy.

He has 5 teeth and one split tooth.

Hudson turn 10 months of the 7th of March and I meant to post pictures but preschool, homework and all around life just got in the way.  I still can't believe my little man is getting to be such a big boy.  He says mama, ga ga and does a lot of screaming.  He eats everything we put in front of him and loves chicken nuggets.  He is so happy but to my disappointment he has decided to stop nursing because there are too many things to do like climbing up on things and trying to walk. NOOOO!
I love having our little family complete and Hudson is the cherry on top of the cake.

Now if I can only survive three weeks of spring break. Martin off, Roxie on, Both Roxie and Martin off, last week Roxie off and Martin on.  It will be nice to have everyone at the same school in July.
