I know I will cry!!

Waiting for the cookies
Yesterday Martin and I went to Sanborn Elementary School and signed him up for Kindergarten. I can't believe Martin is going to be starting his school career July 25th. I just keep thinking it was just a few days ago I was struggling with him sleeping though the night and now he will be meeting new friends and going to school.
I know I will cry my eyes out because I did the first time I dropped him off at preschool and that is only three days a week for 3 hours and school is 6 hours for 5 days a week.

I can not praise Martins preschool enough. He has been learning to read for the last two months and I think its amazing to listen to him read. I love to see his excitement when he learns something new. Martin has also been writing his name for months and he writes beautifully but than again I am his mom.
I'm hoping to get Roxie in the same preschool but who knows because we are on the waiting list for 2014 and on the list for 2015.
If anyone has advice about school or suggestions on how to make the first day easy on Martin and I. I will take all the advice I can get when it get closer to the big day!!

My Girls

Elizabeth Taylor
My mother says I didn't open my eyes for eight days after I was born, but when I did, the first thing I saw was an engagement ring. I was hooked.

No More PLEASE

That is what I heard Martin yelling at me while I had put pink eye drops in his eyes. I feel so bad and trying to keep him from rubbing his eyes and touching everything in sight is almost impossible. I feel like I was crawling up hill with all the "Stupid Bugs" floating around the house. Although I have come to realize if Martin is going to kindergarten starting at the end July I might as well accept the fact he will be coming home with something every couple of months.

2 more books to read from Goodreads

Yesterday I received my second book from goodreads I won and than at 3:00am when Zoey woke me up for breakfast I decided to check my email and to my surprise I won another book from goodreads but this time it was something I really wanted to read.
I decided to sign up for the giveaway because I have been reading the same style of books since I college and I though I love David Baldacci books and I have read all but two and Robert Ludlum but I need to seek out new authors to love. I love my conspiracy\mystery books but its time to find something else I might just love to read.

Three Different Kids All at Three months old

My beautiful Children all at about the same age. They look so much alike and yet so different at the same time.

It's not only children who grow. Parents do too. As much as we watch to see what our children do with their lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours. I can't tell my children to reach for the sun. All I can do is reach for it, myself. ~Joyce Maynard

So Sick of Being Sick

I headed to the doctors today after waking up not being able to hear and shouting at everyone. Positive news I am 5 lbs away from by pregnancy weight the bad news is I have a double ear infections, sinus infection and he figured the medicine would clear up anything with my sore throat. I went back and forth trying to figure out if I was going to see a doctor but decided when I was running a low grade temperature it was time to go.
So far everyone is sick and only one person doesn't have an ear infection.

Martin: Head cold, hacking cough, and ear infection (Fever gone)
Roxie: Head cold, hacking cough, fever and ear infection(Fever gone)
Zoey: Head cold, hacking cough and ear infection
Mom: Head cold, hacking cough, Fever and double ear infection
Doug: Head Cold, and cough.

I though moms were exempt from getting sick because we are suppose to take care of our sick ones. I have never been more grateful to have wonderful family near by to help with the kids so I can go to the doctors alone and attempt at getting some sleep. I am also grateful for antibiotics because it should clear my ears in 5 days and I only have to take it for 5 days!! AWESOME
