Today I was walking down the stairs with Roxie in my arms and I slipped and fell down the stairs. Martin can running to see what happened.
Martin: Mommy Mommy...What happened?
Me: I feel down the stairs and man am I hurting.
Martin: Is Roxie Ok?
Me: She is just a little scared but she is ok.
Martin: Good because I don't want Roxie to get hurt.
Me: What about mommy? You don't want mommy to get hurt.
Martin: Oh you can take care of you self. Roxie too little.
Martin came up to me a few minutes later and kissed my back and he hoped I was feeling better. I love 2 year Almost 3 year old outlook on things.
