Staying busy which is good and bad
(Zoey Loves Back Berries)
Every since I was given the calling Relief Society Secretary I have been a little busy.
Than Grandma and pa Bremner are leaving in April so I have been cramming tons of appointments in because I have free babysitting. Then helping Lisa with her book blog (Which I love reading), not sleeping for some unknown reason and a crazy 1 year old starting to talk, a 3 year old who screams if I try and help her and last but not least 5 year old who wants all his friends over 24 hours a day.
I'm not complaining because I know I have it easier than a lot of moms out there BUT I just want 2 hours to clean my house and I mean REALLY clean it and maybe another 2 hours to do Laundry so I can stop sleep walking to the Laundry room and waking up wondering why I am there.
The Big Problem are the two cutest girls in the world who want to have my attention when they are awake and I give in all the time to their desires to be with mom.
So what I have learned: Staying busy is a good thing but I need to be better at prioritizing things and than maybe the house will be a little cleaner, laundry will be almost done and I might sleep though the night. I am so blessed to have healthy children, a beautiful home, a wonderful husband, spiritual guidance and amazing parents and in-laws. I have no reason to ever complain.

Back To School
Martin is back in school this week and is loving every second. We have started a car pool with a boy his age from the ward. Since school has started he is so tired but his two sisters missed him so much they want to play with him and he wants to be alone.
The girls and I are wearing out Grandma Bremner almost every day because Roxie "I Love my Fake Grandma so much." I have no idea what that means but she also says "I have the best grannie ever." It just depends on the day.
Today I had several appointments and Grandma Bremner watched the girls and Zoey has just started to warm up her. The only problem is Grannie is leaving a week from Saturday.

Arizona Natural History Museum
Doug convinced Roxie and Martin to go inside the Jail.
Heading towards Gold Panning. The kids took home little bags full of fools Gold but it was still fun.
Enjoying the Beautiful weather while the kids are finding Dino bones.
Martin was telling me all about how important it is to be very careful not to step on the hidden bones. As you can see he isn't taking his advice all that well.
They discovered several different bones.
Digging for Dino Bones. Yes even I had to dig with the kids.
Martin and Doug working on Dino Puzzles
Looking all the Amazing Fossils. Also found out they found a Mammoth Bones in Chandler.
Martin loves the Natural History Museum in Mesa AZ because of all the dinosaurs and Dino dig, gold panning and last but not lest the Flash Flood. Martin and I decided to show Grandma and pa Bremner the fun they haven't experienced yet while living in AZ.

Visiting Great Grandma Connett
What does a 5 year old do when he is stuck in a hotel room because of Rain. The lego's and Banana's become friends.
Playing with the newly name Bob the Bird.
This last week Grandma Bremner took Martin, Roxie, Zoey and I to go see Great Grandma Connett in Gilroy Ca. I think we are a little crazy because we took three kids under 5, on a 12 hour car ride but we found ways to have fun and for the most part they were really good.
We made it to Gilroy Monday evening and went straight to bed.
Tuesday we went to see Great Grandma Connett and the kids just loved seeing Great Grandma's Bird and they named him Bob. Than Roxie and Great Grandma played Bingo while Grandma Bremner and I put together a puzzle and Martin and Zoey played Tag and read some books. We enjoyed visiting with Great Grandma.
Wednesday we took Grandma Connett to San Jose and we played at a mall, went to see Great Grandpa Connetts grave and than off to Japan town San Jose. It is one of the last 3 remaining Japan towns in the USA and it is over 121 years old. The only problem is it rained all day so I went to the store to buy a few items I can't find here at home. We made one more stop and that was at Great Great Grandma's home in San Jose. Its fun to see where family once lived and see where my roots are from. The kids fought to see who would hold Great Grandma Connetts hand.
Thursday we took Great Grandma out again to Mission San Juan Bautista. It is a beautiful mission and we enjoyed a walking around and seeing HUGE chickens and Martin bought a book to read about a Mad Scientist and his kids chasing down earthquakes. Grandma Bremner took us all out for a wonderful lunch at a Great Mexican Food restaurant. It was the best Mexican food I have ever had.
Friday we drove home all day making a few stops at fruit stands and made it back to AZ without some crazy things happening in 12 hours. Not bad when you think I drove though LA rush hour that started at 2pm on Friday.
Zoey at the St. Patty's Party.
I could use some sleep but a mothers job is never done and now it is time to clean out the car.

All those years....
All those years of avoiding Relief Society Sunday meeting have finally caught up with me. NO more skipping my meeting to enjoying playing in nursery, no more hiding out somewhere in the hallway pretending to have a fussy baby. Nope not anymore for me I have been called to Relief Society Secretary.
Now if you were wondering I am totally freaking out or at lest I was Thursday-Sunday but than I was set apart and I have a since of "Yea I can do this." Than again every time I get an email that has RS on it I kind of freak out and those started to arrive Friday afternoon.
I have finally found a calling that totally freaks me out but at the same time I am kind of excited. MAYBE if I am really good I will get released. ;) Just kidding.
Please pray for me because I feel so overwhelmed and I have such a hard time remembering name with faces.
Wish me LUCK :)

Not really a post
I have learned something about myself this week.
First:
I love being a Mom and I took for granted what a miracle my three little devils are and how perfect and healthy they are.
Second:
I can't imagine not being a mom because of what joy and pains they bring into my life. I sometimes think about going back to work but this week made me realize I hope that I will be blessed to be able to stay home until they all go to college. (I have so many scrapbooks to start.)
Third:
When buying cupcakes NEVER bring a 3 year old and 16 month old because they except you to share all of them.
Fourth:
I am grateful for Heavenly Fathers tender mercies. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me.
Fifth:
I LOVE reading for Lisa's book blog. I get to read books that make me laugh so hard that people around me think I am crazy!
I have been so blessed in my life and I hope to never to take that for grated and all the small things that make it possible.
