Where did 3 years go? Happy Birthday Roxie
How many present does a 3 year old need? 6 adults and 8 gifts
Roxie is officially 3 years old and I kept hoping the terrible 2's would end over night and the terrific threes would start NOPE!! She is our little pink princess or as the nursery leaders call her the Sweet Diva.
As requested from the princess I made Pink Lemonade Cupcakes with Pink Lemonade frosting. I also made cake pops out of strawberry cake mix with the same frosting. To my surprise the cupcakes turned out pretty good but the cake pops were way to sweet.
Roxie received some really fun gift from shoes, clothes, My little pet Shop, a Princess Piggy bank and finally a Princess Pink beginning scooter.
We ended the night with a very upset Roxie wanting her scooter to go to bed with her.

No wonder my hosue is dirty
ME: Martin can you watch Zoey while I get the clothes put away?
Martin: Yes Mom
Not even up the stairs and screaming starts.
Me: Martin what is going on? Why is Zoey screaming
Martin: I don't know
Me: Where is she?
Martin: I don't know?
Me: Martin I asked you to watch her why are you not watching her?
Martin: I watch her but than she went into the other room.
Me: Why didn't you follower her?
Martin: Because I told Roxie to watch her in the other room.
Me: Watching Zoey means you go where she goes ok?
Martin: OK
I go back up stairs and again just barely reached the top stair when screaming started
Me: Martins what is going on again?
Martin: I'm following Zoey but won't like me carry her she keeps screaming.
Me: Martin watching Zoy doesn't mean you need to carry her just watch her in each room she goes into. Ok?
Martin: OK
Three towels folded when screaming starts again.
Me: Martin what is it again?
Martin: I don't know because Zoey disappeared and I can't find her is that bad?
I came running down stairs looking for Zoey everywhere and couldn't find her anywhere until I heard giggle coming from under the dinning table.
I gave up on folding clothes and decided to write my blog. If I get off this chair someone wants me to hold them, feed them, hug them, or want me to put something together. I am so scared to leave this chair and find out what they want me to do. I never thought I would say this but I could use a day where someone takes my kids while I clean the house.
What I learned today:
1. Folding Clothes is never going to be easy when three kids are awake
2. When looking for Zoey look under the dinning table first and assume she is eating something she isn't suppose to.
3. Kids seem to think I am suppose to do everything right away and when I do not they get really angry.
4. The bathroom is no longer my safe place.
Big Girl Bed and Legos
Santa decided it was time for Roxie to move from her crib into a big girl bed. I kept wondering if she would fall off her bed or get up a lot at night to see what was going on. Last night she didn't fall out of bed and she didn't go wondering around the house. In Roxie's words "I'm just relaxing.
I almost had the best present this Christmas until Santa surprised Martin with a 3-d DS. (Trying very hard to be happy about that toy.) Lets just say he gets to play with his space shuttle whenever her wants but he only gets 1 hour a day with his Ds.
Yes he built and put the stickers on his shuttle all by himself.

Christmas Day and all the craziness involved.
As you can see Mr. Santa and Mrs. Santa read two little ones minds and got them pillow pets.
One of three sets of legos Martin received for Christmas.
I bought Doug a Kindle Fire for Christmas in hopes of surprising him for the first time. I think I was successful.
He also loved his Christmas Present from Mom and Dad Bremner. Clive Cusslers book all about his car collection and signed.
Roxie finally is moving into a big girl bed as soon and dad get the chance to put it together. THANK YOU SANTA
Zoey is wearing the dress Grandma Wimmer made for her and Roxie
Roxie wouldn't stand still long enough to take the picture and yes Grandma Bremner I am getting her hair cut soon.
Merry Christmas to all my loved ones.
A few fun pictures from Christmas Eve
Every Christmas Eve as a family we go see the Mesa AZ Temple lights and just like every year they do not disappoint. The kids enjoyed running around and seeing all the bright lights and lots of "No way and that's Cool were heard coming from Martin." Than we headed back to Grandma and pa Wimmers house for yummy home made beef log and some games. Than Doug and I packed up the kids and headed home to put all three sleeping babies to bed.

Himalayan salt
I have started to ween Zoey from nursing and almost every day I have the worst migraine to the point I turn off all the lights and close all the curtains and live in the dark. The kids love it because I let them run around with flash lights.
Doug brought home Himalayan salt (AKA Rock Salt) the place he bought it said it should help with migraines and help balance my pH that is causing my migraines. At this point I am willing to try anything natural before heading off to the doctors.
According to the group here is the benefits of the salts. Personally to be I think the salt helps because you have to drink so much water while you suck on the salt.

A Very Sick Martin
I feel like I can't seem to catch a break when it comes to sick kids. Last week Martin had a nagging cough but Doug and I thought it was the morning gunk that we all seem to get during the winter months. Thursday and Friday he lost his voice and I thought maybe they we doing a lot of screaming and running around at school. Early Saturday morning I woke up to Martin with a hacking cough and 102.5 temperature so off to urgent care. After the nurse saw us she said his ear was full of fluid and was very surprise it wasn't bothering him and he had Bronchitis.
When went home and gave him some Advil (our best friend) and waited to see what would happen. Later that night he spiked a temperature of 103.1 and I decided to cuddle and sleep in Martins bed. We went to church on Sunday and Martin asked for a blessing. Here's hoping he will feel better soon and no one else gets sick.
